About Madison & Thread

Antiquing9.JPEG

Welcome to Madison & Thread! My name is Maddy Hensch and I am the owner and creator of this small business. I've always been interested in art and have dabbled in many different mediums throughout my life! Though I enjoy other art forms, embroidery is where my true passion lies! My pieces are usually nature based with a vintage feel. I try my hardest to package each order with recycled materials as well as use recycled fabrics! My hopes for Madison & Thread is to share what I love with others while promoting sustainability and a deeper appreciation for nature!

About Me.jpg

In January, 2021 I was offered a place in the Student Made Store to sell my embroideries. The Student Made Store's mission is to promote entrepreneurship, encourage self expression, and grow community impact.

Through the Student Made Store, many talented artists have been able to display their work to a much larger audience and work together to promote and support each other. If you would like to check out student made art from all different University's and of all different mediums, click the link below!
